I want skyrim for Christmas, but I wanted to know itd still be enjoyable without having played the past 4.

i would say FANTASTIC!!!! i never played the past 4 and i jumped into skyrim and it was epic! i putted a lot of time into the game i recommend you to get it ! ;D
